Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, all services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your treatment total and secure your scheduled appointment time. Deposit amounts vary by service. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for missed appointments (no-shows).
